【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市警方今天凌晨巡邏行經土城明德路時，發現1名蔡姓男子形跡可疑，隨即上前盤查，發現蔡南的背包中有許多電線與檳榔刀、板手，詢問下蔡男才坦承因失業缺錢花用，便在青雲路1處民宅外偷冷氣管線；警方訊後依竊盜罪嫌將蔡男移送法辦。
